Over 4th of July weekend we didn’t have much going on with Michael dedicating most of his time to studying so I did this quick day hike out near Mount Adams. There were a few other things in the area I wanted to scout out for later in the summer, but this trail was also on my list of things to do! It’s a straight shot uphill to the summit, but the trail is short and you are treated to breathtaking views in no time. Bring extra water and sunscreen as the summit is exposed, but you’ll be treated to wide open views of Mount Adams, Mount St Helens, Mount Rainier, Mount Hood and the surrounding foothills.
