  • 7.5 mile loop

  • 1,200 feet of elevation gain

  • Dogs only allowed on certain parts of the loop (cannot run with a dog the entire trail)

  • Bathrooms at trailhead

  • Need a Oregon State Park pass for parking and to access the trails

Another post from back at the beginning of March, two days before my sister left to head back to the east coast. She had never been trail running before so I thought it would be fun to take her to the Trail of 10 Falls in Silver Falls State Park. It’s an easy 7ish mile loop that takes you past 10 gorgeous waterfalls, some of them you can even hike behind. Since we went in March, the falls were full and flowing (much different compared to when we went back in August 2018). Overall it was a beautiful day with temperatures hovering above 50 degrees with peaks of sunshine throughout the morning.
