Good morning! Over the past month we’ve been out to the Deschutes River about 4 times trying our luck for some fall trout! We’ve had gorgeous weekends, windy weekends and one rainy cold weekend. We had days where we caught some trout, days when we caught some whitefish and days when we caught nothing at all. It’s been a lot of fun to get back into fishing a little bit more, especially when it means getting to spend some time in the high desert, which I always love. We have one more trip coming up this Friday, but then we are calling it a season and probably won’t fish again until next spring. So, I wanted to share some pictures we took over the past month on the river!
