Just because a friendship doesn’t work out does not mean they/you aren’t good people, sometimes relationships just don’t work out. Plain and simple.
Exercise is good for the soul, but don’t become addicted to it.
Learning to be alone is invaluable, but being alone too much isn’t good for the soul.
Find someone who makes your world a better place, but not someone your world revolves around.
Big life changes are terrifying, but worth it. Take a jump and you might feel like falling is flying.
Critical thinking is an invaluable skill. Learn to look at life and issues from all points of view. Don’t ever argue without seeing someone else’s point of view first.
Opinions are not facts.
Communication and trust are the keys to a successful relationship; both romantic and friendships.
Be compassionate; you have no idea what others are going through or have been through.
Be your biggest cheerleader; give yourself pep talks, tell yourself you’re beautiful and smart, love yourself.
Some days you just need to do nothing.
Success does not happen overnight, it’s a long, grinding process that requires hard work.
Meditation is essential.
Tell people that you love, that you love them.
Life is short, do what you love.
